Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation issued a notice that, in accordance with the "Decision of the State Council on Further Reducing the Catalogue of Industrial Product Production License Management and Simplifying the Approval Procedure" (Guofa [2018] No. 33), from October 1, 2019, the management of explosion-proof electrical products will be transferred from production license to 3C certification (mandatory product certification). From October 1, 2020, explosion-proof electrical products that have not obtained the 3C certification certificate and have not been marked with the 3C certification mark are not allowed to leave the factory, sell, import or be used in other business activities.
